Snowmass S’mores
Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy Snowmass S’mores, FREE starting at 3:30pm every day throughout the winter season, presented by Snowmass Tourism. Guests can find branded s’mores carts (which resemble oversized marshmallows) in Snowmass Base Village and on the Snowmass Mall.
Aspen Gay Ski Week
Celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride with Aspen Gay Ski Week!
Aspen Gay Ski Week (AGSW) is the oldest annual, week-long LGBTQ+ ski event in the nation. A model for other LGBTQ+ ski weeks, AGSW offers a unique vacation experience in the scenic and historic mountain towns of Aspen and Snowmass in Colorado. AGSW visitors enjoy four mountains of varied skiing and snowboarding terrain, as well as cross-country skiing, snowshoe, and winter hiking trails in the Elk Mountains of Colorado.
AGSW 2026 officially kicks off on Sunday, January 11th with several action-packed events in Snowmass and Aspen. As always, find the latest schedule at the official event website.
X Games Aspen
Witness the action at X Games Aspen with premiere park and pipe athletes
X Games Aspen, a beloved action snow sports competition hosted by Aspen Snowmass, is back for another year at Buttermilk Mountain January 23-25. Watch slopeside as more than 100 of the world’s best ski and snowboard athletes compete for gold. The event will feature Ski and Snowboard SuperPipe, Slopestyle, Big Air and Knuckle Huck competitions.
