Can we bring an outside audio-visual provider?

Our recommendation for an audio-visual provider is our partner, Encore. They are familiar with our spaces and have the best knowledge to offer seamless service for events. If the group decides to use their own audio-visual service, a liaison fee will apply.

Yes. Encore, our partner for audiovisual services, can assist in the set-up of hybrid meetings.

Viewline Resort Snowmass requires a valid credit card on file for all groups and events. Final payment is due three business days prior to the group event. Final payment will reflect estimated charges based on the final count or food and beverage minimum, whichever is higher. Final payment must be in the form of credit card, cashier’s check, or cash.
