What happens when I arrive at my spa appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment so you may enjoy our locker room, eucalyptus-infused steam room, and relaxation lounge.

Your service provider will ask you a few questions about your general health and well-being to ensure your experience can be tailored to your specific needs. In addition, we encourage you to let the team know if you have known allergies so we can make alternative options available.

This space is an oasis, so we ask all guests to refrain from using mobile devices of any kind. In addition, to utilize the spa facility or enjoy a treatment, you must be at least 18 years old.

We provide locker storage for use during your treatment. We encourage guests to leave valuables in their room or at home before visiting the spa.

Simply call (970) 923-8298 to let us know up to 24 hours in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. Cancellations within 24-hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
