Located in our Event Center, the Viewline Ballroom is the largest ballroom in the area, offering over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Our ballroom boasts five salons with the capability to be separated by air walls, giving groups the ultimate flexibility to use space as needed. Whether your group requires breakout spaces, a separate meal room, or an exhibit hall, our Viewline Ballroom is the ideal meeting space for multi-event groups.

This 4,100 square foot tent brings the indoors outside with a rooftop location that offers views that go on for miles. Attendees will enjoy mountain vistas surrounding the majestic Roaring Fork Valley from the most popular rooftop location in Snowmass Village. It’s perfect for meals, receptions, or even a breakout session outdoors to catch some fresh mountain air.

Located on Level 2 of our Event Center, our Valhalla Boardroom is equipped with state-of-the-art technology provided by our audiovisual partner, Encore. With a built-in table that accommodates up to 12, this space is great for board meetings, green rooms, or a group office with storage.

Located on Level 2 of our Event Center, our Independence Auditorium is an amphitheater-style setting that accommodates up to 70 guests. Recently renovated with new and improved theatre-style seats with built-in desks, this space is ideal for breakouts, hybrid meetings, or movie nights commonly offered for attendees’ little ones.

Located in our Event Center, Ziegler is an ideal breakout meeting space. Its curved layout creates an amphitheater-style space, offering a central focal point with flexible setup options. Located at Wildwood Hotel but operated by our Viewline catering team, Wanderlust is a brand new & unique space that offers stunning mountain views. Similar to Vista, it has hardwood floors and a built-in bar, creating the ideal setting for a reception, board meeting, small breakout, and can also be used as a hospitality suite for attendees.
